I love this! It is the Keurig B30. I only wished I had checked around to buy it as it is the "Todays Special Value" on QVC. Maybe I'll buy another!

Inspired by Lori

I finally decided to update my blog, but had no idea what to write about. So I started reading other blogs and while reading my friend Lori's, who I think is an amazing writer, I was inspired. My back is always itchy and in need of moisturizer but there isn't always someone home to help and my arms are about 4 inches too short to apply lotion myself. So I went on a hunt for something to do the job for me. I ran across this handy invention, the roll a lotion. I cannot believe I actually purchased one of those "as seen on tv" items but I did and it works! No more itchy back. Of course I purchased mine at drugstore.com and used live search cashback so it was quite a deal.

Island in the Sky

The fog here has been crazy! I live in a neighborhood called Sky Island and I now know why. The elevation is only about 600ft but it looks much higher. Other than the blurb on our neighborhood website about Walt Disneys friends living here in the 50's, before this neighborhood was here, and filming I thought it was just a pretty name. Now I know why, check out these pictures I took of the Sumner Valley, from the end of our street.

Rain, rain, go away!

We had another big flood here in Washington state. This time it was really bad. Some places had over 1' of rain in 24 hours, that's a lot of water. I took some pictures on my way to work the day after. The Puyallup river was still over it's banks, but as you can see from the mud line it had receded quite a bit. Man am I glad I live on a big hill!
